All products are handmade, not factory clones. That means:

Returns
If your new handmade treasure arrives and you’re not feeling that instant love‑at‑first‑zipper moment, you can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are made just for you, so they’re not eligible for returns, unless something arrives damaged or incorrect. We will work together prior to shipping to confirm everything is up your standards!
Lost Packages
Once your package is handed off to the carrier, it begins its journey through the postal wilderness. If it gets lost along the way, please file a claim with the carrier, I will assist where I can!
Final Sale Items
Clearance, last‑chance, or “oopsie” items are final sale, no returns.
