Processing Times

Every bag, quilt and accessory is made with two hands, lots of care, and probably an Alani nearby. In stock orders ship out within 1–3 business days because good things take time, but not too much time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you live and how fast you want your new favorite bag to arrive.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

(Delivery times are estimates, postal service varies.)

Order Tracking

Once your package starts its adventure, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow along like a proud parent.

Local Pickup / Delivery 

Local pick up needs to be coordinated with us BEFORE you order, no exceptions. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • United States (all states)

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, it’s out in the wild. If something goes wrong:

  • Email me at makaylarutter@gmail.com within 7 days

  • I’ll assist where I can for custom orders, claim will need to be filed with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your address, typos happen, but reshipping fees aren’t fun for anyone. If an order comes back due to an incorrect address, the buyer covers the reshipment. If you decide not to pay for the shipping again, only the product amount will be refunded, shipping fees are non-refundable.
